# Fleetlane Product Documentation

Fleetlane helps vehicle manufacturers and dealer networks manage warranty claims,
vehicle coverage, service records and recalls under customer-configured rules.
Head office sets claim types, access and lifecycle policy; dealers work within
their dealership scope. [Understand the product](https://docs.fleetlane.app/overview/what-is-fleetlane/).

## Sign-in and workspace access

Use the workspace address and invitation supplied by your administrator, and sign
in on that address. Being signed in elsewhere does not grant Fleetlane
membership, dealer scope or local role permissions. Read
[sign-in and workspace access](https://docs.fleetlane.app/security/sign-in-and-access/).

## Evaluate your process

Start with a representative vehicle and claim type in a [test lane](https://docs.fleetlane.app/functionalities/lanes/). Review
coverage, required fields, permitted lifecycle actions and the resulting history.
You need tenant access, configured reference data and role permissions. External
operations need their integration configured; an accepted action and receipt in
another system are separate stages.

- Configure [claims and claim types](https://docs.fleetlane.app/functionalities/claims/).
- Connect checks and operations through [lifecycles](https://docs.fleetlane.app/functionalities/lifecycles/).
- Review [integration choices](https://docs.fleetlane.app/integrations/webhooks-events/) and [access](https://docs.fleetlane.app/security/isolation-access/).

## Working guides

Start with [screens and navigation](https://docs.fleetlane.app/guides/screens-and-navigation/), then
[check a vehicle](https://docs.fleetlane.app/guides/vehicle-record/), [raise a claim](https://docs.fleetlane.app/guides/claim-lifecycle/),
[log a service](https://docs.fleetlane.app/guides/service-record/) or [work with a recall](https://docs.fleetlane.app/guides/recall-work/).
For a problem, use [common checks](https://docs.fleetlane.app/guides/common-problems/).

These guides were reviewed against source on 1 October 2026. Selected screens were inspected using existing local data; no claim submission,
lifecycle execution or external delivery was completed during that review.
