Branding & white-labelling
Dealers spend their working day in Fleetlane, so it should look like part of your organisation. Each customer’s Fleetlane is white-labelled: it carries your logo, your brand colours and your look, and is reached on a web address of its own.
Appearance
Section titled “Appearance”Settings › General Settings › Appearance controls how Fleetlane looks for everyone in your organisation.
| Setting | What it changes |
|---|---|
| Logo | Your logo in the application header, in place of ours |
| Style | The overall visual style of the application, chosen from a set of designed styles |
| Brand colour | The accent colour on buttons, links and highlights, from a palette or your exact brand colour as a hex value |
| Background tone | The surface colour behind pages, from the style’s own tones or a custom tone |
| Corner radius | How rounded buttons, cards and inputs are |
| Density | Comfortable or compact spacing, for users who work through long lists |
| Text size | Small, standard or large |
Changes can be previewed before they are saved, so you can see the result on real screens first.
Light and dark mode
Section titled “Light and dark mode”Each user chooses light, dark or their system setting from the top navigation. Your brand colour and style carry through both modes.
Your web address
Section titled “Your web address”Each customer reaches Fleetlane on an address of its own on the Fleetlane domain, named after your organisation. That address decides which organisation’s data is served; see Isolation & access. Users sign in on that address.
Running Fleetlane on a hostname under your own domain, such as warranty.yourbrand.com, is not part of the standard service. If you need it, we can scope it with you as a separate project.
Separate per customer
Section titled “Separate per customer”Appearance and addresses are stored per customer. Your branding never shows up in another organisation’s Fleetlane, and theirs never shows up in yours.
