Start using Fleetlane

Open the Fleetlane address supplied by your organisation and sign in. An invitation and an active account for that organisation are required; signing in alone does not grant access. Read sign-in and workspace access for invitation, shared identity and recovery guidance. Use a desktop browser for the working guides.

Check the organisation and the lane before entering business data. A test lane (an address with /~ and the lane’s code, such as /~test) can have different configuration, data, permissions and connected systems from production, where live work happens. See Lanes.

Record Purpose
Vehicle The asset, its identity, mileage, coverage, service schedule and history
Claim A request for work or payment, with lines, evidence and lifecycle history
Claim type The rules for creating and editing that kind of claim
Template Reusable header defaults and lines for an allowed claim type
Service definition A named maintenance task, due window, template and applicable models
Recall campaign A set of affected vehicles and the work required for them
Workflow track One part of a record’s process, with its own status and available actions

A service record or a recall claim uses the claim lifecycle after creation. The action names and status names come from your organisation’s configuration. A completed check can report missing information; that outcome is different from a technical error while running the check.

Your role controls what appears. Ask your administrator about an absent menu, a missing record or the access needed for a task. Do not assume another user’s screen will contain the same fields or actions.
